Thank you for downloading a Circles & Cookies printable. This page explains what you can and cannot do with our printables. The same license applies to free and paid downloads.

What you receive

When you download a printable from Circles & Cookies, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under the terms below. You do not buy the file itself or any ownership of its content. We keep all copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You may

• Print copies for your own family. Print copies for your own classroom, tutoring practice, or homeschool group (up to about 30 students)
• Use the printables at home, in your own classroom, in a library, or in tutoring sessions you run
• Save a backup copy of the PDF on your own devices for personal use
• Recommend our printables to anyone by sending them to circlesandcookies.com so they can download their own copy

You may not

• Sell, resell, or sublicense the printables or printed copies, in any format, in any quantity
• Share or send the PDF file to anyone by email, messaging apps, file sharing services (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or Discord), or any other platform
• Upload our printables to paid teaching platforms such as Outschool, Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, or similar
• Upload our printables to free file sharing sites, content aggregators, or AI training datasets
• Edit, modify, translate, or rebrand our printables and pass them off as your own
• Remove our copyright notice, logo, or any attribution from the printable
• Create new worksheets based on our content and sell or distribute them
• Use any part of our printables to train AI models or generate derivative content

Free downloads

Free does not mean unrestricted. The same license applies to free printables as to paid ones. If someone else would like a copy, please direct them to our website so they can download it themselves.

Classroom and educator use

Teachers, homeschool parents, and tutors may use our printables with the children they teach, as long as it stays within one classroom or one group (about 30 students or fewer). For school-wide, district-wide, library system, or organisational use, please contact us about extended licensing.

Commercial use

Our printables are licensed for personal and classroom use only. They are not licensed for any commercial use, including but not limited to:

• Selling printed copies (loose sheets, bundled, or as part of a workbook)
• Including in paid courses, workshops, or memberships
• Using as freebies, lead magnets, or bonuses in someone else's product
• Reproducing in books, magazines, or commercial publications

If you have a commercial use case, email us. We may be able to grant an extended license.

How we know if a printable is ours

All Circles & Cookies printables are protected by Canadian and international copyright law. New printables include a visible copyright notice and the Circles & Cookies brand. If you see one of our printables being sold, redistributed, or modified without permission, please let us know at hello@circlesandcookies.com.

If you break this license

If you use our printables in ways this license does not allow, your license ends automatically. We may also take any further action allowed by Canadian and international copyright law, including takedown requests and recovery of damages.

Changes to this license

We may update this license from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always show the most recent version. The version of the license in effect when you downloaded a printable is the one that applies to that download.
